We Are Building Turkey's Largest and Developed Ecological Village!
The foundations of Turkey's largest ecological village are being laid in Izmir. Located on an area of 510 acres, only 5 km from Yeni Foça and 17 km from Eski Foça, the "Mid Phokaia Ecovillage" project offers the perfect combination of nature and comfort.
Members of Izmir Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (İZSİAD) are behind this giant project. Ali Talak, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of İZSİAD and President of Asrın Group, was one of the main figures who determined the vision of the project.
Asrın Group, which undertook the project development, plays a leading role in the realization of this fascinating project by optimizing the field for ecological agriculture.

Mid Phokaia Ekoköy is not just an accommodation area; At the same time, it differs from all other construction projects as an ecological, sustainable and unique living space project.
The executive team of the project is led by İZSİAD Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hüseyin Cengiz. The architectural design of the project was made by Semiha Güneş, Founder of Epig Architecture and Vice President of İZSİAD. Design ideas were created for thousands of details on the drawing table, each with wonderful aesthetics and functionality. And a futuristic modern living basin was designed in which the spirit of a village dominated by greenery and ecology is best reflected.
There will be a total of 154 buildings in the Mid Phokaia Ecovillage project. These structures were carefully placed on an area of 510 acres. Each parcel has accommodation and sales areas, a greenhouse area and outbuildings. Those living in the village will be able to produce their own food needs by using a greenhouse area of 300 square meters in each parcel. This ecological village not only offers a life in touch with nature, but also adopts good agricultural methods.
While electric vehicles specific to the village will be provided for transportation, carbon emissions will be minimized. Each building in the village will produce its own electricity through solar panels. Surplus products grown in greenhouses and taken from livestock and poultry will be shared with the villagers at cost, thus creating a sustainable and original lifestyle.
At the "Dream Village: Mid Phokaia Ekoköy" introductory meeting held at Swissotel Büyük Efes, İZSİAD Chairman of the Board of Directors Hasan Küçükkurt emphasized that every detail of this project was carefully considered. The project is aimed to be completed within 3 years. However, we anticipate that this period will be much shorter with the contributions already given.
